Your team has displayed nothing but expedience in your speeches and I am going to put these points to rest.
The UN had every right to stay out of the conflict, as it would have made things made worse. To further my point, the UN is a PEACEKEEPING society. Peacekeeping means you prevent wars and conflicts, not add to the problem.
Do you want a war? Do you? Because that seems to be what you are implying, it looks as if, no, you are saying that you wanted the UN to come in and (to use a euphemistic term) make the Interhamwe “retire” as you would call it.
Audience, do you really believe that the municipal system of Rwanda would have let a worldwide organization come through all guns blazing?!! Do you? Because I vehemently believe that the leaders of Rwanda would have recalled the moment of when Belgium was ruling the country.
Audience, and Negative team, please read the moot, it clearly states CONFLICT. This means an inner country feud, and you want send in an Universal organization, to sort out one country’s battle

This is linguistically and factually strong. I think the only thing you could do to improve it is to perhaps quote from the United Nations charter which has some brilliant words about building a peaceful future.
If your delivery is as strong as this writing it’s going to be a mighty debate.
